Login Not Working?

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to visit your child's campus to obtain a new one.

Starting in late September of 2008, users who set up new ParentCONNECT accounts were asked for a security word that would allow them to request password resets via email or phone. If you have established a security word, you may request a password reset via email or phone. You may also visit your child's campus to establish a security word if you signed up for ParentCONNECT before late September 2008.

Three attempts to log in with the wrong password will lock your account for one hour as a security measure. You can try to log in again after one hour.
